Follow these steps:
Submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Take clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (include QR code/Cover Package).
Email us at support@buzzybuynow.com with the reason and attachments.
We’ll respond within 24 hours.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will refund the full product cost, but return shipping is still your responsibility.
PayPal: Refund is issued immediately upon approval.
Credit/Debit Card: It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
We’ll notify you via email once your refund is processed.
If more than 10 business days have passed since refund approval, please email us at support@buzzybuynow.com.
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@buzzybuynow.com.
After 12 hours, changes are no longer possible.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
