1. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be defective or damaged to qualify. Returns must include the original packaging and invoice, and be sent via certified mail.

2. How do I request a return?

Follow these steps:

  • Submit a request within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Take clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (include QR code/Cover Package).

  • Email us at support@buzzybuynow.com with the reason and attachments.

  • We’ll respond within 24 hours.


3. Who pays for the return shipping costs?

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If the item is defective or incorrect, we will refund the full product cost, but return shipping is still your responsibility.


4. How long does it take to receive a refund?

  • PayPal: Refund is issued immediately upon approval.

  • Credit/Debit Card: It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
    We’ll notify you via email once your refund is processed.


5. What should I do if I haven’t received my refund?

If more than 10 business days have passed since refund approval, please email us at support@buzzybuynow.com.


6. Can I cancel or change my order?

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@buzzybuynow.com.
After 12 hours, changes are no longer possible.

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery may vary depending on product availability and shipping region. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


12. What should I do if my tracking says “No Information Available”?

It may take up to 1 week for tracking info to appear. If no data is available after a week, please contact us.


13. What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?

violetcherry.store is not liable for damages or losses during shipping. Please contact the carrier to file a claim and keep all packaging materials and damaged items.


14. Are there any restrictions on return shipments?

Only items purchased from violetcherry.store in original packaging will be accepted.
Do not include unrelated items, or your return may be rejected by our logistics partner.


15. Who is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes?

Buyers are responsible for all applicable customs and taxes. We are not liable for delays or additional charges from local customs offices.


16. What happens if I provide the wrong address?

If the address is insufficient, your order may:

  • Be held at the nearest post office
